Client Consent for Content Usage:

By engaging Find You Media Corporation (“the Company”), registered under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to Find You Films, Find You in the Valley, Find You in the City, Car Vids Company, A Good Time to Buy Properties, and DesireAmouzou.com, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms regarding content produced in collaboration with the Company.

1. Grant of Rights

The Client grants Find You Media Corporation and its subsidiaries the non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from any video, audio, photo, or other multimedia content (“Content”) created in collaboration with or on behalf of the Client. This includes but is not limited to:

Sharing Content on the Company’s websites, social media channels, and YouTube.Using Content in promotional materials, advertising, and public relations efforts.Showcasing Content in presentations, pitches, or digital portfolios for potential clients and partners.

2. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

The Client retains ownership of all delivered edited materials. Find You Media Corporation will not profit from monetization of client materials or make publishing claims unless payments have not been made, and the client publishes unpaid work.The Company reserves the right to use client materials solely for showcasing skills and services, tagging and crediting the client as appropriate (e.g., naming original talent or creatives where relevant).The Company will not store client materials longer than one year after the project ends and cannot guarantee storage beyond this period.

3. Restrictions on Content Submission

Prohibited Content: Find You Media Corporation reserves the right to refuse to edit or publish videos or materials that:Were obtained illegally.Depict criminal activity, including but not limited to abuse of minors or any individual, in circumstances that may require mandatory reporting.Contain or are intended for pornography.Refund Policy: Refunds will not be provided once a submission request has been made, even if the submission violates our terms.

4. Subscription & Retainer Policies

Subscription Pauses: Social media and editing subscriptions may be paused for up to 4 months. For editing 75% refundable if unsatisfied with the first edit - keep the video created. non-refundable after first edit is approved, or partially on discretion of find you media.

Pause anytime and use remain time left of the month. Pause up to 4 months at a time to use remaining credit. this, a new subscription must be purchased.No refunds will be provided after the first strategy meeting, but discretionary pauses or credits may apply.Content Creation Retainers:Paid upfront retainers can be split into two monthly payments if the project exceeds $3,000.Pauses for content retainers are limited to 2 months, with 75% refunds available before the first strategy meeting.For contracts exceeding $10,000, a 75% refund will apply if canceled after the first meeting, less any incurred costs.

THE "JUST IN CASE" PLAN AND RETAIN YOUR OWN CREATIVE EDITOR FOR 4 BANGER VIDEOS EVERY MONTH. IF YOU DON'T LIKE THE FIRST 2 SUBMISSIONS YOU GET YOUR MONEY BACK all of it...KEEP THE VIDEOS...PLAN DELIVERS EACH VIDEO AT THE SAME PACE AS THE "ESSENTIAL PLAN."

Single serving projects: eg Websites or solo video projects under $3000 are paid up front, and are %75 refundable after any strategy meeting or if a shoot is cancelled less than 1 week prior to shoot. film or photo shoots are non cash refundable if cancelled less than 1 week prior to shoot but can go towards a service credit to be used

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

All strategies, processes, and intellectual property created by Find You Media Corporation belong to the Company.Unauthorized use of strategies, concepts, or materials shared with non-clients may result in legal action.The Company warrants that it will not share any confidential ideas, strategies, or materials of the Client without express consent.

6. Platform Usage (Platfrm.ai)

Find You Media operates Platfrm.ai (app.platfrm.ca). Platform subscriptions are billed separately and independently from Find You Media service contracts.Clients may retain access to Platfrm.ai as long as monthly payments are maintained, even if a service contract with Find You Media ends.

7. Privacy Policy & Cookie Usage

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Legal disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.

Editing Services (FindYou.Media/Editing)

Social Media Maintenance (FindYou.Media/SocialMediaMaintenance)

Content Service Plans - Plans are determined on a case by case basis but typically start at $3000 per contract other prices may be lower such as personal photoshot shoot

Additional Terms:

CLIENTS ARE EXPECTED TO FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THESE TERMS OF USE AND THE CONSENT AND RELEASES ON THEIR OWN AS WE MAY OR MAY NOT SEND NOTIFICATION FOR ANY CHANGES. Notification WILL BE MADE if it adversely affects the client or the company. An updated month will remain at the top of this page.

Find You Media understands the importance of respecting the ownership of delivered materials. Materials published for marketing purposes will credit clients appropriately. Strategy and intellectual property shared with clients remain the property of Find You Media and may not be reused without permission.
