Find You Media was founded in 2021 by Desiré Amouzou. Growing up between West Africa and Canada, Des was drawn to the power of visual storytelling — an early fascination with National Geographic, Life Magazine, and the ability of images to make you feel like you've been somewhere you've never been.
After a winding path from live music to commercial film sets to corporate investigation, Des eventually found his way back behind the camera. He built a documentary-style production practice designed to serve real businesses and communities across BC.
Today, Find You Media operates as a tight-knit collective. There is no traditional full-time corporate bench — instead, we are a network of independent creatives, writers, editors, and strategic partners who come together project by project. From comedic writers and bilingual hosts to cinematic directors of photography, every person brings serious craft and a good heart.
The work remains rooted in everything Des grew up loving: the humanity of telling true stories, and a deep belief that real people will always be more powerful than anything a computer can generate.
