    How many posts per week do I get?
    Essential includes 1 post per day prepared per week (typically 5-7 posts). Pro includes 2 posts per day prepared per week. Agency includes 3 posts per day prepared per week.     Do you handle engagement — replying to comments and DMs?

    What if I only need posting for a specific campaign or season?
    Our pause-anytime model is built for exactly this. Pay for a month, use it for your campaign or season, pause when it's done, and come back when you need us again. You have up to four months to use banked credit. No penalty for pausing.
    Do you post on weekends?
    Essential operates 5 days a week with content scheduled to publish on weekends. Pro and Agency include 7-day-a-week scheduling and coverage.
    Can I review posts before they go live?
    Yes. We maintain a content calendar that you can review at any time. If you want approval on every post before it publishes, we can build that into the workflow. Most clients prefer to review the calendar weekly and let us handle daily execution.
    What's the difference between your social media service and a virtual assistant?
