ZONE A — FRASER VALLEY (BASE PRICE)

Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Mission, Langley, Maple Ridge, and surrounding communities. All base pricing applies as listed.

ZONE B — METRO VANCOUVER & REGIONAL (+15%)

Richmond, Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, and communities 50-150 km from Chilliwack. Travel adjustment built into the quoted price.

ZONE C — OUT OF PROVINCE (+30%)

Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Seattle, and locations beyond 150 km or requiring flights. Travel, accommodation, and logistics built into the price.

You see one price. Location adjustment is built into the number we quote you — no surprise travel surcharges. Editing and Social Media Management are mostly remote and do not require location adjustment unless regular in-person visits are part of the retainer. US clients paying in CAD benefit from the exchange rate — approximately 27% lower than listed CAD prices.

Everything You Need to Know Before Booking

How much does a headshot session cost?

Our minimum booking is $199 CAD, which includes one fully retouched headshot. Additional headshots are $60 each for one-off clients, or $40 each if you are on an active retainer with us.

What is included in the Small Business Brand Package?

The brand package ($1,500 - $2,000 CAD) includes up to 50 curated business photos and up to 5 headshots/portraits. It covers creative direction, styling guidance, and full retouching.

Do you do food photography?

Yes, we handle product and food photography as part of our Brand Photography Packages or as custom projects for restaurants and hospitality clients.

Do you provide models?

We do not typically provide models. We prefer to photograph your real team and real customers to maintain our documentary, authentic style. If professional models are required, that would be an additional cost.

Why is the headshot rate $40 vs $60?

We offer a discounted rate of $40 per additional headshot exclusively to our active retainer clients (those using our content creation, editing, or social media management services). For one-off photography clients, the rate is $60 per additional headshot.

Do I own the photos?

Yes. Once delivered and paid in full, you have the rights to use the photos for all your business and marketing needs. We retain the right to use them in our portfolio and marketing.

How fast is delivery?

Standard delivery for headshots and small brand packages is 5-7 days. Larger enterprise or automotive shoots may take 7-14 days depending on the volume of retouching required.

Do you charge travel fees?

Our pricing is zone-based. Zone A (Fraser Valley) has no travel fee. Zone B (Metro Vancouver) adds 15% to the package price. Zone C (Out of province/Seattle) adds 30%. You see one inclusive price on your quote.
